System Requirements

To use Panda Perio Software, your computer system should include the hardware, software, and accessories listed below:

Client side:

• Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit versions)
• A 1000-MHz Intel Pentium IV processor or equivalent
• 256 MB of RAM (512MB recommended)
• At least 700 MB of available disk space
• 1024 X 768 resolution color display or better with DPI configuration set to ‘normal’ or ‘default’

Server (Recommended but not required):

• Microsoft Server 2000 and later versions, Windows XP Professional
• SQL Server 2005 (we install Express edition if the office does not have one installed)
• Processor type: Pentium III – compatible processor or higher
• Processor speed: Min – 500 MHz, Recommended – 1GHz or higher
• RAM: Recommended – 512 MB or more
  Maximum – Operating system maximum
• At least 700 MB of available disk space

Additional software and accessories:

• Flash Player 6 or later for interactive help
• Web browser for online support
• Color printer for charts (recommended)
• Microsoft Word installed (or Open Office Writer)
• Adobe Reader 8 or later for generating the Patient Motivation Report
• For OSX (Mac) users, a virtualization software (Parallels, VMWare, VirtualBox)  running Windows OS is required.
